Ordering Information

There is a minimum quantity order of 10 pieces per design.
Designs with different text cannot be combined for quantity discounts.

The turnaround time for custom patch orders is about 4 to 6 weeks once everything is approved and paid for.

Please give us a call if you require your order sooner than the regular time frame so we can try to accommodate your request.

If you would like a physical sample, there would be a fee of $50 to produce the single piece.

For chest patches, we recommend 3.5", and for shoulder patches we recommend 4.5".

Customization Information

There is a non-refundable $50 service fee for special requests/artworks, and you will receive 3 revisions on it. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Yes, we can create a patch based off of a graphic, or recreate a patch that you purchased elsewhere.

We can customize your patches with individual sequential numbering upon request, additional fees would apply.

We can add a Velcro or heat seal (iron-on) backing for your convenience upon request, additional fees would apply.

Shipping & Returns

Since every item is custom made to specification, we do not accept returns on customized items.

Yes, shipping costs for international orders will be calculated once the patch order is manufactured to get an accurate weight for the shipment.

Patch Storage Information

Once your patches are manufactured, we can keep the patches you ordered in stock in our warehouse to be sewn onto uniforms you order with our company. We have professional in-house tailors who can sew your patches onto a variety of uniform items.
